About Gateway Specialized Storage
Gateway Specialized Storage provides controlled environment storage within the Central Michigan region. We provide Temperature Controlled Storage Units ranging from 10′ x 16′ units to 3′ x 10′ units. We also provide Cold Storage for freezer products or medium temperature items such as fruits and vegetables.
Our Temperature Controlled Storage Units are located 1/2 mile outside of downtown Clare, Mi. We currently have 27 storage units. The storage units temperature never get below 62 degrees in the winter and never above 74 in the summer. This is beneficial to many items for households and also businesses. Our facility is video surveillance at all times. Locked entrance door for only storage unit renters to enter into. Temperature Controlled Storage is a way to keep your items in a safe environment without the worry of security or items being destroyed because of the uncontrolled environment.
Our Cold storage facility offers cold storage, for frozen storage and cooler storage. Our new cooler can accommodate any storage temperature needs. A state-of-the-art controller system, alerts us if the cooler encounters any issues, and an automatic backup system is in place to override the refrigeration system should the need arise. This ensures perfect storage conditions and peace of mind for you, the customer. The storage facility is located one mile from the intersection of US-127 and US-10 near Clare, Michigan.
